Job Description:

As a Structural Fitter Helper Trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals to assist with the fabrication and assembly of structural steel components. You will learn how to read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and ensure that all pieces are accurately aligned and fabricated. Your duties will include lifting and positioning heavy materials, cutting and shaping metal, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed at all times.

The ideal candidate for this position is a team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We will provide on-the-job training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed as a Structural Fitter.

Qualifications

Proficient in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques
Experience with power tools
Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand tools
Familiarity with rigging and welding

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18 per hour
Expected hours: 40 to 60 per week
