Are you a skilled Commercial Ductwork Installer looking for a rewarding opportunity in the Greater New Orleans and North Shore area? Look no further! Unite Contracting Solutions is seeking dedicated and experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our construction team. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of sheet metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal parts
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
- Must be able to travel from the Southshore to the Northshore to various construction jobs
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic
- Knowledge of sheet metal materials and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
